Regular orders

Order up to 3 hours before your ship departs this port. You can place an order while your ship is in port, as long as at least 3 hours remain before departure.

Celebration packages

Birthday and Other Activities packages must be ordered at least 24 hours before your ship arrives at this port. Orders containing a celebration package follow this deadline.

Your ship details

Provide your full name, phone number, Crew ID, ship name, arrival and departure dates and times, port / berth, and designated receiver’s name and contact. All times are in Dominican Republic time.

Orders are handed over at the ship entrance to the person responsible for receiving them. Delivery depends on port access and confirmation.

At handoff

Bring the customer name and order number. Staff will verify the order and designated receiver before handover.

Demo only: delivery charges, service hours, catalog and payment setup remain pending owner approval.
